4. Game results on h666 are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes. h666 does not interfere with game results. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 7 days of the disputed result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. h666's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your h666 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments, Governing Law and Contact

h666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of h666 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. h666 operates on the basis of fair play and good faith. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct communication with customer support may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process as notified to players from time to time. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
